Story by Tom Percival
Tom Hardy is an actor with an incredibly versatile range.
In his nearly 30-year-long career, he’s played gangsters, supervillains, and an evil clone of the great Star Trek captain ever.
But the 48-year-old star of stage and screen’s latest career move proves that Tom still has the capacity to surprise his fans.
On Friday, Hardy allegedly released a rap album titled Czarface Meets Frankie Pulitzer, under the pseudonym Frankie Pulitzer.
The album was made in collaboration with the group Czarface, which includes Wu-Tang Clan member Inspectah Deck and rap duo 7L & Esoteric.
For those who like movies, TV and comics, the album will be an absolute treat, as it’s a smorgasbord of pop culture references.

‘Wait… Wait, ‘wrote xicer. ‘The Frankie Pulitzer in the new “Czarface ft Frankie Pulitzer” that showed up on my feed is f****** Tom Hardy?!’
‘WTF?! Tom Hardy is Frankie Pulitzer?!’ added doom_stein. ‘I just got done listening to that whole new Czarface album with him all over it, and the thought never crossed my mind!’
On X, fans were similarly confused. @the_moonhead wrote: ‘Tom Hardy is Frankie Pulitzer? Need to listen to that rap album this weekend. First Timothee Chalamet, now Tom Hardy? Talk about boundless talent?’
Meanwhile, @jbsuperman asked: ‘I’m so confused. What do you mean Tom Hardy does rap under the alias Frankie Pulitzer and just dropped potentially one of the best hip-hop albums of the year?’
Still, despite the confusion, a lot of people (although not everyone) were impressed with Tom’s lyrical skill.
‘He’s actually dope,’ wrote AndyB16 onReddit. ‘Great album.’ Bruciemane
added: ‘Album is fire.’
